Digital photos exposed on Polaroids

Between the limitations of the digital process and analog unpredictability lies a unique truth. This series of artworks seeks the point where photography ceases to be a mere depiction and begins to paint.

When modern digital cameras face extreme conditions like fast movement or poor light, they begin to fail, hallucinate, and occasionally produce images that strongly resemble paintings. These digital missteps meet the sensitive, unpredictable chemistry of Polaroid film. Especially with expired film, colors shift into blues and pinks, brown patches swallow parts of the image, and unexpected artifacts appear out of nowhere.

Through this process, the artist steps back, becoming a careful observer and curator of the final result
